Kandiyohi County IT will be installing new e-mail servers and migration mailboxes starting Sept 7.  On the evening of Sept7 users may start using the web portal to check new messages at  Click the link below for detailed information for your department.

Noon – 3  No Mail Access.  IT will be creating new mailboxes

3pm       Users will be able to access new messages via our web access at
                IT will begin migration of old data (this could take several days)

Monday September 10th:

Users may use their Desktop Outlook Client to attach to new mailboxes (Instructions will be provided) or continue to use web access until IT staff can assist.

Following the migration, each user will have the following e-mail addresses as well as your existing e-mail address you previously used.  The new default/outgoing address after migration will be the address.
